Commissioned in two phases, Long Bay Beach brings the residence, terraces, beach pavilion, landscape connections and a later infinity-pool design into one coherent coastal strategy. The work responds directly to the conditions that define the property: strong sun, prevailing breeze, level changes, mature planting and an immediate relationship with the shoreline.
Phase One focused on the residential refurbishment and beachfront amenity, strengthening the sequence from the principal rooms to the deck, pavilion and sand. Phase Two extends that design language through the swimming-pool and outdoor-living design, supported by site appraisal, measured information, plans, elevations, sections, detail studies and architectural visualisation. Together, the work gives the client a clear, coordinated basis for the next stage.
