Long Bay Beach
LONG BAY BEACH, PROVIDENCIALES · COASTAL RESIDENCE · CONCEPT AND DEVELOPED DESIGN
On the sheltered edge of Long Bay Beach, this residential study reframes the relationship between the house, garden pavilions, deck and shoreline. The proposal uses shade, planting, movement and a restrained material palette to create a composed sequence of indoor and outdoor rooms suited to coastal living.
Developed at concept and developed-design stage, the work respects the established character of the property while clarifying circulation and strengthening the experience of the sea. It is presented as selected prior-practice experience by Amir Naseri, with existing photography and concept imagery clearly distinguished.
