Fairmead House
WORTHING, WEST SUSSEX · PRIVATE HOME · RENOVATION DESIGN
Fairmead House rethinks the everyday heart of a private home, transforming the kitchen and living spaces into a calmer, more connected sequence with a stronger relationship to the garden. The proposal consolidates storage and joinery, improves circulation and carries a restrained material language from the entrance through to the landscape.
A measured 3D survey provided the basis for coordinated design decisions, drawings and visualisations before construction. This survey-led process gives the client a clear view of scope, spatial quality and key interfaces at design stage, reducing ambiguity as the project moves towards delivery.
