302–314 NEW CROSS ROAD

NEW CROSS, LONDON · MIXED-USE RETROFIT AND FEASIBILITY

Commissioned by a confidential private client, this feasibility and concept design study explores the repair-led renewal of a six-property mixed-use terrace on New Cross Road.

The strategy retains the established street frontage and tests the reactivation of ground-floor uses, careful repair of existing fabric and a landscaped courtyard to the rear. Architecture, landscape, access and servicing are considered together, with all proposed interventions subject to measured survey, specialist coordination and planning review.

The study also considers the site's relationship with the Grade II*-listed Former Deptford Town Hall, using its heritage context to inform the approach to frontage repair, materials and future development.
