Phase Two introduces an infinity pool and terrace between the property’s two retained garden pavilions, extending the outdoor living sequence towards the sea. Set out from drone survey and measured site records, the design aligns deck, water and horizon as one calm plane while preserving the established character of the beachfront residence.
The pool, terrace, landscape, access and frameless seaward edge are considered as one coordinated intervention.
A restrained geometry keeps the horizon as the focal point and allows the new work to sit quietly beside the existing villa and gazebos.
Drone survey and measured site records establish a dependable basis for the next stage of technical development.
The commission is presented at concept stage; proposed imagery, technical drawings and pre-works aerial photography are identified separately.
